Dear Norma,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We're truly sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the quality of the yarn in your kit. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers, and we completely understand your frustration.

Would you mind sharing a little more about the issues you've experienced with the yarn? If possible, we would really appreciate a few photos showing the problem so that we can better understand what went wrong.

We take product quality seriously and would love the opportunity to look into this and find a suitable solution for you.

We understand that you would prefer to return the entire kit for a full refund, and we'll be happy to review your request once we have a little more information.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We look forward to hearing from you.
